Who We Are
Principal Builders is a family-owned general contracting company based in Dedham, Massachusetts. Our partners, Joseph Pirelli and Timothy Williams, are licensed Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisors with nearly 25 years of experience in commercial, retail, and residential construction.
We started this company to deliver the administrative services and quality workmanship you would expect from a much larger general contractor, but with a more personal approach. Today we are a true full-service general contractor, performing ground-up construction and high-skill renovation work, and carrying conceptual ideas through design and into finished buildings.
That same approach is how we treat the people who work here. Our crews and office staff are the reason clients come back to us, and we hire with that in mind.
